Starting again guys, need to work harder

 

Day 4
It's not easy but it's not difficult

 

Day 1! it is a new day!

 

Day 2 now and feeling no different yet, haven't felt any real urge. When I do though I won't give in to them.

 

Day 3

 

Day 1- today was ok, i feel massive brain fog like Im really inadequate but I know its only temporary.I need to focus more on other ways of coping with daily life

 

did fap, pmo yesterday and relapse totally. Again trying for monk for atleast 7days

2 days. Very happy. Some challenges in life but they are not affecting me. Usual triggers at home but I'm not falling for it.
