Relapsed! Day 0 again. Won't repeat the mistake

 

Day 5 . I'm feeling good about myself .

I am now 5 days into the 7-day challenge.

Hello there. I am in! To be honest I have already 7 days NoFap but I will be in the challenge to make it more easier to me to reach 14 days. While I count my previoys score I will begin challenge from day 0. So DAY 0 for me today!

 

I have managed to get through 3 days. Feeling optimistic towards my 7-day goal!

status: mind thought up one horny scene , but was able to stop it.
these kind of thoughts thats automatically popping in my mind is what in course of time makes me relapse.

 

2 down 5 to go

 

2 days down. I've gone 10 weeks before, but it already feels good to know I've finally decided to attempt to quit again.

 

Day 1 of 7 is almost complete!

 

I relapsed at day 3 due to staying up late ,I learnt my lesson ,am starting over day0

 

I am in. Day 1 today.

 

I'm in day 0, after reaching 49 days in 90 days challenge I'm struggling now and keep relapsing , I think that this 7 days Challenge will be great kick start ! motivated !

 

A bit late, but I'm on day 2/7. Day 1 went by fast and easy. Hope this continues, I'm feeling good.
