yesterday is 8/30 today is 9/30 I'm very busy in last days so that's the reason why I forgot check in this list everyday.

Gone past disappointment and now it’s getting frustrating having to reset every time.

 

Day 4! I've had a really good day feeling very positive.

 

Day 19: Really strong urges today. Almost gave up and broke the streak.
