Day 38 please don't hate but I know that you must wait well and almost rhymes I just want to let you know that it's starting to get a little easier but the urges are still here yesterday was hard to grab ass with my wife because I just felt like I'm so surrounded by rules I just needed a little break and urges go away because it didn't make me feel any better to do what I did but it felt good to break the rules for a moment
