Today I will not relapse because I want to be proud of myself

 

Today i will not use porn or masturbate because im tired of being weak and not in control of my own mind.

 

Today I will not use PMO because I dont want any flashbacks. I want a clear and clean mind

 

Today I will not use porn because its not part of sexuality or myself and a relationship.

 

Today I will not use porn because it leaves me wanting more.

 

Today I will not PMO because I need to stop following the “chaser effect”

 

Today I will not use porn and masturbate because without it I have an amazing life ahead of me

 

I will not use porn today because I crave more control over my own life than I crave PMO.

 

Today I won’t use porn because it’s late and I need to get to sleep. Can’t let porn steal my sleep like it used to.

 

Today I will not use porn because I have more important things to do than waste my time and energy to just get a small period of instant gratification and let's not forgot the time needed to get rid of the sticky stuff. Too much work and very little benefits to gain other than a bit of a pleasure.

 

Today I will not use porn because I am choosing to place my long term goals and happiness in front of short-term gratification.

 

2 Days in. Feeling Great, Confident, and In control.

Today I will not use porn to sustain these feelings and take full control over my life moving forward. I will not use porn and also refrain from other escapist behavior, so that I can continue to be the best version of myself and also to become the man that I know I am capable of being.
