Applied for unemployment today, and planned an exercise routine for tomorrow. Practiced Reiki, but I don't think I have done duolingo yet.

Day 8 completed. Still under control, but my problem is that I am spending too much time on my phone, need to find new good habits.

 

Day 3, 13 pushups. Managed to get through a set of night shifts without it which is unusual. Have a weekend working away which will be a bloody big challenge.

Yes, I have the same issue with my iPad at home. I’ve tried to put in some new habits & hobbies but the iPad is just so damn tempting to look at...

 

I made it another day. I am a drug addict in drug court and I think fapping is one way I can get instant gratification.. the relief all that as well as a distraction of watching porn. Two times today I was at the halfway all alone which are times I’d usually get one in. I’m motivated to give this a shot.

 

72/90 of no masturbation. 18 days left.

 

10/90 a two digit number. I think is the first time I let pass so much time without PMO
