Damn, day 1 again

 

Damn it - relapsed again. This is so much harder than I expected. I need to get my focus and determination back on track... Saw a counsellor for the first time the other day... It was good to start talking about things I have kept hidden away for so long.

So back to day zero for me... Going for hard-mode no PMO attempt 3... Carrying forward 58 days no orgasm though...

Day 1/90. This challenge is congruent with the 7 day challenge that I am doing which started yesterday.

I feel emboldened like I am a rock or something. Like, I feel very strong in my identity and mindfulness of my thoughts. I haven't experienced this in a long time.
