Daily Intention Thread : "Today, I am... + POSITIVE AFFIRMATION"

Today I will not use porn because when I look outside the window, my 5 minutes of pleasure watching internet porn fails to synchronize with how nature seems to be operating at this very moment. When I hear the birds chirping, the chipmunk running around to find food, the ants working in groups to carry leaves to build their nest, the sun traversing it's path through the sky, it feels silly to watch porn just to pleasure myself.

Also for some reason, Yoda's quote "Luminous beings are we" has been running through my mind since morning. It feels great !

 

Today i will not watch porn because i am grateful for the life i have and the people in it.

 

I'll not PMO today because when I started fapping my voice got kind dull and it was like I was talking with my nose. Nobody listened to me when I spoke and even if they did they never were affected by my speech as they used to before when I didn't know about PMO.

But finally, after a dedicated 16 days, my voice has become clear again and everybody just listens when I speak and they eagerly want me to talk and talk. I love it and I'll give my all to not fall back ever again.
