Day 23 (Season IV) Suddenly I have a big vision and live goals, was not that clear before. I was feeling tired, but I just stood up and now I'm doing good. I love the girls I talked to yesterday. I need to be more present and more positive. I own my in-authentic behavior. I will practice honesty. I am sober.

Day 89 of 90 interesting note I control the boners now they don't control me I'd work the PC muscle three times a day holding for 20 seconds / time 10 sets x 3 I can jack a car up to this thing at the same time I can let it go away and then come back another day. Delayed gratification another benefit of many. That'll be 2160 hours without any type of sex or porn feels like a really good accomplishment post more tomorrow when this challenge is complete
Missed 4 days. Emotionally exhausted during those 4 days. Glad I didn't commit anything stupid enough to worsen the situation. Day 7/90
