Day 4/90 I know I can keep focused right now... Tomorrow I'm going on a trip so I think I will be fine three more days... I just need to calm down and not thinking about PM... Let's go brothers!
Day 26 (Season IV) Over a quarter of time passed, 100 is reachable. Over the course of the last year, my life situation really changed significantly. I do things now, that I didn't thought I be capable of in the age of PMO. I'm feeling motivated but also tired. I love the audio book I listened to. I need to be more present. I own my insecurities. I am sober.
day 4/90 felt a bunch of urges throughout but i have made it through day 4. Continuing to be present within those times when I would normally jump to PMO. Instead I've been adjusted my focus and moved on, the urges generally subsided.
Day 0. Please anyone suggest how can i have good sleep, as everyday i am having headache. My life has become hell. How to change myself from the core? As whenever i chat with a girl or sit next to her, it precum. How to stop this? Please please help.
Well I think you should put your phone away a hour before bed but you can start with 20 min. It should help you to sleep a bit better. Do you have a hobby? Like something to use your energy for.
- Learn to meditate; experience your deeper (true) sense of self - Learn to breathe better; slower and deeper - from the stomach rather than the chest - Keep hydrated; drink lots of water - and eat water through the consumption of vegetables (universally accepted to be even more beneficial) - Spend time outdoors in rural settings; experience nature and fresh air - Keep active; walk, cycle, swim - Don't drink alcohol or smoke Commit to as many as you can for a stark improvement in everyday performance and positivity, as well as good sleep.
