Didn’t update the last two days but both were successful. Today is day 3.

Day 1/21. Time to shine, fam!

 

Hi all,
Finished the 14 day challenge today. Starting this challenge now; Day: 0/21

So here's what i had in mind;
Since this is the first time i've made it to 21 days, the next 21 seem like a long shot for me. So, i've decided to split them up like so: (3+7+3+7+1)
And on completing these 'mini' goals within, i would reward myself (Need to plan what and how to reward myself after reaching these goals) and of-course the mega one on completing the challenge itself.
Also, every day on this thread i plan to share some dark humor memes to keep things light. Because i'm exhausted from all the seriousness surrounding my mind. That doesn't mean i'm taking this challenge lightly. It's just a different perspective on the challenge. Might as well have fun with it right??

Yes, this is great. I used to do cross country track and field and also go for long runs, and when it got tough at the end I would point out a tree coming up and say, 'just make it to that tree'. Then when I got to the tree I'd see something else and say 'just to that' and so on until I got to the real finish line. It is excellent. Congrats on the 14!
