Day 6/7: Ohh yeah!! A single day left for me to complete this challenge. I promise myself to buy something I love eating which is a Caramel chocolate to reward myself for completing the 7 days challenge. And also I will buy an oreo ice cream as a reward for the 3 days challenge since I didn't get anything.
I usually eat those but it would feel better cuz it's a kind of a reward. By this I can feel the achievement of completing the challanges even better.

Day 1 completed. Yesterday i feel so many urges and pain. I fapped without rub and porn. My brain tease me and made a fapping voice, its a worse time for me but i done.

 

Day 0:Trying to retake this challenge after several failed attempts.

 

I got easily triggered but I only M... I will start afresh... Day 0! I'm gonna work hard for this.
