Today I will not use porn because I just did yoga and feel great and don't want to mess it up!!!

So i want to get back up again, and continue Nofap again, it feels hard after struggling with it for so long, but it feels like the right thing to do.
Because i i want to practise what i preach.. if i truly believe Nofap is the right way, then i gotta commit (again) and put my believes to practise. No rationalisations (just 1 time, this time is different, this time is okay because of this or that excuse). No,, if i have the believe nofap is the right thing, it should be and is doable. One day at a time, no pmo for me today.

 

Today I won't use porn because I have relapsed and am starting again, I just want to be free of this addiction my goal is to make it to tomorrow without fapping.
