Day 3/7: Today is my last day off work for the week and I'll be busy. I'm hoping to take a little me-time to play some video games though
Day 7 DONE! Thank you guys & NoFap too it really helping me through reading all the forums out there how all guys doing thier journeys Planning to make my journal Next 14 days, who ever reading this stay strong stay aware wish you all the very best you will be win
2/7 Just had a late dinner, came from school and had a busy day. The only thing i see as a contributing factor to PM is time and surroundings. Knowing how to effectively manage both factors is the real challenge, not PM.
I have read in a post on reddit, that was redirected from the the nofap emergency site, that the counter never really matter. Its not about days. Its about the benefits. A guy with 365 days can still be fighting ugres that a guy with 2 days has as well. However, a guy with 365 knows what it feels like to be 'clean'. A guy with 2 days is just focus on making more days. These challenges, while it does motivate, also defeats the purpose of counting results. It makes us count days. Disclaimer: NOT intended to be negative in anyway, the information was sourced from a reddit relating to Nofap, If it offended you in some way inbox me and I will edit or delete the post.
in the middle of Day 2 going for a travel with friends will be offline for 2 or 3 days good luck guys and keep going
I know what you mean. I have started feeling that nofap site does have one inescapable flaw in the fact ypur concious of it everyday. Sometimes i just want to put the whole thing porn, nofap behind me. But. The best gains. Especially when you have a lot of days behind you is keeping on track. Other members input and posts keep me pushing and vigilent. So i decided that after a year also challenges leading upto that year i will then quit the site and be free. However i think i would always have to be viligent. Like quiting smoking type of thing.
Today is 7/7. I did not have many urges in the latter half of the week, but I have also been depressed. This Challenge is complete, but I know I still have a long journey ahead.
