So, 66 days. I must confess that I almost fall, but I remembered this page and why I started Indeed, I love this page
Maybe I start this one. Day one now. This is also my first post to this forum. I wanted to join because of these challenges/groups or maybe I find an accountability partner too. I believe that it is always easier if you have some kind of "group pressure".
Yes that‘s right. In a group you aren‘t alone with your fight. You can share your opinion and read the tips of other fapstronauts. I wish you the best with your streak. We all gonna make it.
Hey guys, I've been stressed for a really long time and I didn't want to share it here because I wanted to keep the mood up. Today, my stress got the better of me and I relapsed. I feel terrible because all the hard work put into fixing myself for 35 days has gone down the drain. I actually feel happy that I made 5 weeks of no PMO because I passed my past record by 3 weeks. But today seemed to be different and I just fell down. I'll do this again and challenge myself but now with one more thing to fix, my stress .So for those who believed in me, I am truly sorry for my failure. I will come back stronger than ever and beat my old record and make sure that 2018 and 2019 is my year. Well 0 of 90 days
Actually I’m realizing how comforting this is and I don’t have strong urges anymore Its all a work on the mind, a change of perspective on life. I’m totally more focused on anything. I play volleyball with better reactions. Also on my studies I do a lot better. I’ve been waking up 5 in the morning lately and have been studying for quizes. Back then I did PM the night before exams in the result of being stressed. DOING PRETTY WELL.. I WISH THE SAME FOR U GUYS
6/90...just today, just today... tomorrow I can slap the three toed sloth all I want, but just today, resist...good luck everyone!
Something like that Comprehensible but still in relation to the time spent with pm. Another view of it: I switched keyboard layout five years ago and eventhough I had spent 20+ years on qwerty it took less than a year to type faster on the new layout. So that’s somewhat a measure of how fast the brain to rewires itself and with some margin, we’ll end up at 10% if we want to be on the safe side...
