Today I won't watch porn because there is no point wasting time on that rubbish I don't want to watch random people having sex it feels dirty and fake. Why bother with that shit

 

...because my dignity is more important.

 

Today I will not use porn because discipline is the basic skill we require to solve life's problems. Without it we can solve nothing. With it we can solve everything. Every day I practice and improve my skill of discipline.

 

I've just been for a run and could barely manage 9 minute miles (after a week long relapse)… I usually run 7.30 minute miles comfortably.

 

Today I will not use porn because it’s my birthday....and I want it to be a good one

After my 17 days streak of NO PMO,I relapsed continuously for 7 days....

Today I will not do PMO because, I am well determined not to carry this shit on to the 8th day.
So I am back on track hoping to win over this shit..

 

Today I will not use porn because after all this sufferings, I have been destroyed, even so I still have to keep fighting with it to get my freedom. Otherwise I will suffer from it all the time, I rather to fight it than suffer pain.
