Day 1/90 Started a new habit today of meditation. In all honesty this has been super calming and a very tranquil day, regardless of a relapse the other day. I haven’t had any temptations and am surprised at the results meditation can do.
Been a long a tiring day but will not let it demotivate me into a relapse. 2 days done... 88 to go. Hopeful.
Day 2/90. Started the day with deep feelings of regret, no PMO in any way but the shame was there.. really strange... On the other hand it's been 39 days without coffee and I'm not even missing it. I wish it was that easy..
