Day 4 completed. Day 5/90 on the start. Day4 was great. It's my birthday yesterday so full day busy and enjoyed.
Day 11 complete, Day 12 underway. Felt the urge to M just before though I just needed to sit down, relax and let the time pass while drinking coffee. The plan today: tidy and clean room, plan concentrated study blocks and work at it, go for a swim, plan the next day. Keeping it simple.
Time to start this challenge. I just joined the site because I realized I have a problem. I tried PMO before but I relapsed several times. Now I've decided to actually put myself out there and actually do this. Day: 0, gonna finish some work and get to sleep.

There is power in doing this challenge openly with others, checking in most every day, posting what's happening with you, and paying attention to how others here are doing. It has made this doable for me.
I'm routing for you! No one can fully understand what another has to work through, in fact we don't know ourselves that well or what lies in our own subconscience. So no point in judging ourselves or others. Just determine what kind of person you want to be and take the next logical step towards that.
