I'll be going monk mode for the first 30 days then Hard mode for the next 60 days. Day one starts now.

There was a time when I thought I wouldn't have made it a week without masturbation. I'm honestly surprised I've made it this far.

 

Day 3 complete, hard to get back into my routine and feeling the impulses, almost gave in too. Said no and here I am. Come on day 4, keep it up guys, we can do it!

Day 7/90 *First week!*. Difficult week, full of urges, but keeping them at Bay. There were some psubs but didn't escalate. I'll work on that, as it is a red flag on these compulsions
