that is right . I agree with the things mentioned in book. I experienced it. But after a month the instability will decrease day by day.

keep taking cold shower every day at morning till 90 days. But before that go and warm up your body by running or exercising. In the shower after 15 second your body would adjust itself to the water. Then release and free your body ,feel the changes and if it make you uncomfortable learn to breath by wim hof method. Day by day your quality of presence and breathing with improve.
Day 45/365 (current challenge streak Dec 8,9,10,11,12-14) haven't updated the past few days. still going strong. busy learning some online courses. and pray everyday. May God bless you all and your nofap journey!
Starting day 3 of 365 I'm a proponent of meditation to calm the mind and get in touch with the soul. My thinking and emotions, overall, are a lot calmer than in the past and I think meditation has played a big part in helping me connect with a peaceful inner directive. Even just the most simple meditation... setting a timer for 1 minute and focusing on my breathing and nothing else.
Just called to house I used to fap a lot in , I felt the urge to lit a smoke and edge to porn subs but I resisted and by fuck do I feel empowered from not giving into temptation HELLLLLLL YEAHHHHHHH
Day 30- The landmark 30 days. I am so happy. I cannot sleep. It is midnight right now as I update this but am I so happy. But I cannot rest on my laurels. Next Milestone is 45 days nofap! Here I go again...
