9/90...having lots of energy and feeling restless..this is what is today. My plan is that after work I am heading to the gym and release it with excercise.
day 26. Everything s going ok on socialization but I feel with so few energies, a bit of lack of motivation. It is the strongest part of reboot, when there is a drop of energies
I want to do this challenge. For the purposes of this challenge I am on day zero since that is where you have to start in order to participate (but I’m really on day 2 of no PMO ).
11/90 done Day 12 in progress. Feeling so tired today. Feel more vulernable to relapse when I’m tired. Wish me luck.
