From a time I initiated NoFap journey I sometimes have had a strange feeling in my stomach and the back part of my brain . Has anyone had this issue ? I know every change has its own characteristics and or pains . And here is my theory: In my opinion, its the symptom and sign of its healing process that move from addictive state to its healthy and reset factory state. Any idea would be appreciated. BTW, my ability of deep concentration and comprehending things in depth has got better as days go by. I has worked hard and am still working to build a scientific belief system and healthy mindset toward every aspects of my life from sexuality to gathering facts and science about what is happening in other asteroids and in the galaxy. Is there any civilization out there that we don't know or have ? I know Elon Musk has said about 7 years later we would colonize Mars . So,I collected some great books,about some important aspects of life . I just felt I need to know how this universe,our body as a system which is in our hand and our society works. And so , i read some of them. As I ponder more and study more about history, physics and etc or in another word as I know more,I come to conclusion that I know less,but in a positive way.I mean I understand more that my knowledge about even my body and about how it operates was tiny but now is a bit better, it means this gives me the tools to lead and operate this body more efficiently and accordingly. And also my goal is getting more clearer and my redlines and barriers is getting concise and better.

well, I have has it almost 70 percent of time,unless I go to club or exercising or .. but it is a good sign. I'm sure. Your body is coming back to the present from the past and future or wrong thoughts . I myself experienced the sense of my hearing ,seeing and others have improved.
