I outdid myself once again! lol! I woke up at 12 today! Fuck! I know i fucked up...i hope i won't be lazy af this week!
Definitely easier said than done! Haha Easier to control the wake up time. Bedtime can vary with nights out etc. I did get told once that it was important to have the routine of getting up at the same time every day. If you want more sleep then have a nap around lunchtime. First day back at work today and was up before 7, which was the aim. Out the door just after 8.15, which was another aim. Plus that is a full 45 minutes earlier than I need to leave to scrape in on time! Looking to continue the trend tomorrow.

Today i failed waking up at 6:00 AM, i woke up at 7:40 AM its better than other days i woke up around 11 AM. I'll try keep waking up at 7:40 or earlier and when achieve 6:00 AM i'll start counting Days Trying: 1 Days Waking up at 6:00 AM: 0 of 30

Alhamdulillahi waking up at 3 am from last 20 days and relapse 2 times. But I will keep moving forward,,,,!
i am increasing day by day and i will increase more inshallah and more and more... if i relapse than every failure teach me a lesson and that lesson i won't forget and next time i will prepare and i will camp aside to wait to come that relaps and i will knock that down that no one did with it... -_- i am waiting and i am camping and my weapon is knowledge and whenever that gonna come i will break his every single bone...
Count me in. Been struggling with this habit lately. I am determined to wake up at 5 am everyday to get my morning routines in place.
Day 0 Today i woke up at 8:45 am. Its good for me from 11 am to 8:45 am. I will make it better very soon, i am waiting for some days then i got my energy.
