lol not to sound like an asshole, but 15 days isn't enough to make the urge disappear. It's a long strenuous battle my friend. You may feel like crap at the moment, but it will pass. You just gotta keep pushing through and try to beat your 15 day mark. The longer you go without PMO the weaker the urge will get. Good luck!

The urge to watch porn may lessen over time, but it's probably never going to completely go away. That's why NoFap can't be approached in a "If I just white-knuckle it through X number of days, I'll be free from PMO" manner.

Because of the reality that temptations to watch porn will likely be with us as long as we have breath, we must commit to the development of positive lifestyle habits if we're to experience sustained success.

And don't get mad at yourself, NoFap or anyone else. Think about what led to your relapse, make the necessary changes to avoid relapsing in the same in the future, and continue to focus on self-development. The more positive lifestyle habits you implement and the more aware you become of specific triggers, the more successful you will become.

Good things don't come in 15 days. The keys to sucess whether at NoFap, your business, relationships, and all other things in life are patience and perseverence. Hard times will come and you will probably fall down a lot. But as long as you keep standing up and go at it again, you will suceed eventually. This is a hard and sometimes frustrating path, but you should ask yourself one question: "Do I want to be like everyone else on this planet?" Do you want to be average, do you want to go to work, come home and watch TV and porn until you have to go to work again? OR do you want to improve yourself, do things others say is impossible, build mental and physical strength.

You have the choice. If you want to be a better person, you will have to push through hard times and constantly try to improve. You can do this. Be patient. Be perserverant.

    Take care.

How does your 15 days compare with the amount of time that you have been hooked on porn. How long did you spend getting hooked. Getting off PMO is certainly a lot faster, but it does take time.
    Just do it!
The results will be worth it.

I see how you beat yourself up after you make a mistake and honestly that will just delay your recovery.Be there for yourself.why do u think one relapse means the end of the world? Do u really question Nofap community or it's just that you feel awkward and can't see things clearly at the moment?
Give yourself some time and forgive yourself. If you don't love yourself then you can't expect others to do so.There are NO excuses for not loving yourself . Remember what you consider your flaw is just what makes you unique.
I believe the very fact that you have joined us means that deep within you want a better life for yourself. We're all here to support you and I know slowly but surely you will reboot. trust yourself. the darkest hour of the day is right before dawn.

Progress is progress my dude...depending on how bad your addiction was or has been 15 days can be a huge step in the right direction. Only way to move forward is to take mental notes or literal written notes on why your relapse happened, and keep it moving. I totally get the defeated, self-loathing feeling, we have all been there, but the fact is, if you are even on here reading learning and posting, you are making progress, and going a week, two weeks, any amount of time is all slowly deconstructing the addictive pathways of your brain.

Anyone who has mastered something has failed more times than most have even tried, remember that.

Keep trying, the more time you spend without PMO, the more time you have to build a productive and happy life for yourself, you can't give up on that goal man. This is HARD AF, we all know that, but a happy life where you are free of compulsive urges is so worth it.

Man, I know how you feel. Just keep pushing and remember not to give up. Keep going at it until you succeed. We all need to be free from this addiction.

15 days is not too long whatsoever in any addiction to recover. I wonder how that person is doing currently.
