They do start to fade over time. Have patience and try to replace the images in your mind with positive ones. Sometimes I look at stuff like nature photography or landscape paintings or scifi/fantasy art which helps me "write over" the worst P memories.

Day 6 Feeling good, still weird but ok. Friend of mine is in a relationship and, my earlier "I" would be jealous, but now Im happy for him
