hey man, every one falls, not every one gets back up and on it. Glad to hear your back, but try to analyze what went wrong and what you can do to go a different way next time you hit that fork. My suggestion: try to update your etc/hosts file on your computer (you can google it) to automatically block any porn sites, its easy to edit but its an extra step you would have have to go through to start the relapse cycle. Stay strong man, and forgive yourself, your a fucking king of kings!!!
Checking in guys, on day 14. I think I'm past the latest urge storm, man i really wanted to PMO. Expended that extra energy at the gym last night, and now I'm ready for the next show down. Stay strong, my dudes.
20 days. Record for me. Another challenging weekend ahead with all day Saturday to myself. Used to be a fapfest on those days. A little achy and having some temptation but I have plans to stay busy.
Need to check in again as well. At 52 hours now. Trying to make it to 72. Been searching for a job and interviewing so much. I see after every set back it would be so much easier to fap. At least i didn't today.
i get that, man, the less you fap the more confident you'll seem at interviews. Just keep that in mind.
Welcome back @discovery! Glad you enjoyed your vacation. Yes, the revolving door of membership in this group never seems to end. People join and just go silent for some reason. A few cancel their accounts without explanation. Fortunately there always seems to be new people wanting to join and a core group of enthusiastic active members to keep things going, so it all works out. Regarding your new recovery goals: yes I will have to remove you from the ranking, but like you said, you can get back on the waiting list whenever you like. You have been a great contributor to the group so I hope you will stick around and give us a comment every now and then.
Stress was always a trigger for me. Good luck with the job search and just remember that we are all in this struggle together.

I did have the urge to come home early yesterday and watch porn. I had a headache after a dentist appointment and I almost cancelled some evening plans, but I pushed through. I went to the gym, visited a friend, kept engaging with my life. I remembered that one of the most effective techniques I learned from Mark was the no-yes method which helped me get through the first week of both of my last streaks. When you begin fantasizing (sexual or otherwise), vigorously shake your head from side to side--activate your body in the rejection of the thought. And then immediately replace it with something positive, nod, say yes to something in-the-moment, something you intend to do and visualize doing it. This really did help me at the beginning of the year, at the beginning of February and yesterday afternoon.
Thanks artifact! Yes, I definitely plan on sticking around. That is really cool. So simple, but yes, I can see how it would be effective. And it could be applied to anything really, not just PMO triggers. I'm gonna try it. Thanks for that.
You've had some really good streaks @artifact and they all help to build momentum. Doing the 3, 7, 14, 30, 60, 90 day challenges was good for me because they slowly allowed my body to adapt. When you're used to 7 day streak, getting to 14 is hard. When you're used to 14 day streak getting to 30 is hard etc. Getting from 30-50 was so hard from me. Completely new territory, body felt weird and i felt lost. But then it starts feeling normal again. Always aim to be exploring new territory and getting used to how it feels.
checking in everyone. Made it the week. New goal reached of 15 days . this is the longest streak i've ever had since i found out i had a dick. This is scary new territory for me, and I really hope i can sustain it. Happy friday, and be strong ppl.
That's one of the best pieces of advice I've heard in a long time. So interesting how that works. Made it 3 days now. A long time for me. Would be awesome to make it to 80 hours which would be about 10pm tonight.
Also, going on a date this eve with a very attractive girl. Guessing no Just checking in happy to be making it to 82 hours. Going for 90 now.
Around 19-20 I had some storm emotional swings. Push through it. Changes are subtle but it is all part of the dopamine reboot
