hello guys starting this challenge today (day 0) I have a very good strategy that helps to abstain from PMO. Whenever I feel an urge I meditate in a different way by sleeping. In this type of meditation you lay down on your back, close your eyes and try to feel every part of your body and the surrounding noises. You can feel your each and every muscle, from eyes to the toes. Then try hearing all the noises in your surrounding; you may hear birds chirping in the back, or the annoying noise of the fan that is now no longer annoying because you don't feel concerned about it anymore you just acknowledge it. While all this is going on, you may sometimes feel sleepy and may take a short nap to get up rejuvenated and energized, feeling a whole lot better about yourself.
