I want to say thank you to all who've supported me in this endeavor. And I want to encourage those who are struggling with their own goals, that change really is possible, healing really is possible, you can do it! Another day. Except for an occasional lapse now and then I've been making very good use of time during this 37 day streak. Ive been much more productive , less procrastination and at the same time less hurry. I'm moving at a much more relaxed pace and getting alot more done. I'm practicing being in the moment instead of always wanting to be somewhere else. What a life. One day at a time
