    Rising up again, relapsed today after 8days of hold, this loneliness and feeling of hopeless took over me and I wanted dopamine so watched and did it feels bad but new beginning again

    Check in day 19. This is a difficult challenge, but in fact if we want the glory, the answer is easier than you think. Just keep your mind clean, don't let the traps of internet sneaks in your mind, just strengthen your willpower and your convictions every day. Is like a pray or a mantra, as kratos_Gow said one time, repeat and repeat that mantra for yourself and enjoy the increase of your soul. Tomorrow I will tell you my own mantra, maybe it can help you, or inspire you to find yours.

    Relapsed today after 2 days, watched p to see if I would find this attractif, and it wasn't, but then the trap closed on me and I watched again, for 10 mins, then I watched again now and fapped, boys, if you don't want to relapse don't watch it once, even if you don't fap, watching p WILL make you relapse sooner or later. Back in the day I wouldn't feel shame after fapping, but now after these streaks I feel bad cause I just want to respect womens now, and most womens wouldn't want their boyfriend to watch p, starting new streak now, chaser's gonna be a bitch, just need to not think about it and it will go away.
