    Do "The Big Draw" some taoist shit that I think works. It is basically clenching you asshole while drawing your sexual energy up thought your spine and into your head and then cooling it down in your tummy.

    Ankur, thanks for posting. I have been experiencing some of that also in the morning. While meditation is undoubtedly a good thing, I jump right into my morning workout exercises. I do pushups, arm curls, a back exercise/glute crunch thing, more pushups. Then I jump into the shower. I seem to find the activity diverts the energy and my attention away from the arousal. Bottom line for me is, I know that extended abstinence from masturbation, for me now, yields good benefits and I believe keeps me on track for my recovery from PMO addiction. I just have to be vigilant, that's it. It's too important now.

    I used to have it when I was sleeping on my stomach or half stomach half side ... any position that gets my D in contact with the bed . Now I'm sleeping completely on the right side , nothing touches my D . I think that this has helped me reduce O during sleep and morning erections ...

    It's a good sign to have morning erections... It means your testorone levels are adequate. this is the perfect time to exercise so try that.

    One tip that's is to tense every muscle in your body for about 30 seconds, particularly legs. This drains blood away from the erection and makes it go away. Good emergency tip.
