You're never going to make any progress, unless...

If you don't take responsibility for your life, you won't be able to change it.

I see so many people saying things like "I feel this way because she did blah..." or "My friend showed me this video, so I got horny and relapsed later".

Wording like this paints you to be the victim, the subject that things happen to. If you keep acting and talking like a victim, that's what you're going to be, a victim of circumstance.

On the otherhand, once you start taking responsibility and say things like "I chose to feel this way as a reaction to blach..." or "I didn't properly handle my emotions or urges, so I relapsed", you'll start taking responsibility, and therefore control of your life.

Put yourself in the driver's seat. YOU are responsible for YOUR life, no one else. Everything in it. If you want to get a girlfriend, go get her. If you hate your job, quit and create another opportunity for yourself. Tired of relapsing? Change yourself and your life to make sure YOU NEVER RELAPSE AGAIN.

Change in your life starts with you. All the world is a giant reflection of what lies within your own consciousness. Take responsibility for the things in your life, and you'll control your destiny.

Or blame your ex, your dad, or the government for keeping you down.

It's your choice.
