How to Nofap Hardmode?

    Hey guys, so I was thinking to do Nofap to its higher level of difficulty.
    But,.. can you guys explain to me what is nofap hardmode and the requirements
    to do it? Because the harder it is, the more worth it.

    It's pretty simple avoid all sexual stimuli. So no P, M, MO or PMO.
    Some of us have decide to abstain from real life sex too. So no P,M, MO, PMO, S. It's called "monk mode": self imposed complete celibacy for a period of time.     ​

    Hard mode is to be PMO free for a minimum of 90 days.

    P: Porn
    M: Masturbation
    O: Orgasm

    Although it's hard, but also achievable.
