Before this streak that I am on now I had 27 days and I got straight back on the horse and I am convinced I still gained alot from those 27 days, we're learning to live a completely new life we all have set backs but we must learn from each one and prepare better for the next weak moment, good to see it back on the horse mate you've got this! One day at a time

Very happy to see the return of @Kratos_GOW this is very good for us Spartans!

I feel the old habits are always there. Porn. Instagram. News sites. Always there trying to pull me back to being a pathetic zombie. Weakening me. And what I know is it is my choice. I can choose to live as a free man or a slave to simple pleasures. Like an addict at a casino. I can live according to good habits. With discipline. Or I can be a slave to modern society that wants me to eat junk, put garbage in my mind, and destroy my will.

I can choose. And so can you.

Choose to become stronger. In the gym. At the dinner table. Online. Everywhere you find yourself. What are you becoming? Weak and stupid. Fearful. Shame. Guilt. Scared.

or.

Freedom and Glory. Strong. Wise. Of great character.

You are always choosing. If you blame others for your misery I know what group you are in. Because you see the world from the perspective of worms.

Stand up. Stand tall. Be free!!!!

I have tried to give up porn and jerk-off but i couldnt make it. I have lost my life my wife because off this monster. I just want to beat this mother F...r. please help me out.

I am very glad I made it thus far and am dead sure to continue the path. Thank you all for your inspiring and motivating streaks and messages and also @Kratos_GOW for this great idea and challenge. My plan is to write a success story and of course also share it in this thread.
