relapsed.. hadn't expected it.. learnings: - slow down - love more openly and honestly and from within - people, work , anything and everything - # 2 helps release internal stress and hopefully i don't need to escape.. - such is life.. i will fail - succeed - fail - succeed - succeed - fail -- succeed succeed succeed - fail - keep going - maybe in the end failing fewer times than succeeding is also success - hence will relax .. and love life, people and what i do..
day 52 checking in I feel you my friend, I've lost after 127 days and everything seemed to fall apart for the next ten days I tried to start again and after some days or even just some hours I lost because everything seemed so dark I was so strong and now I am so weak but it's not the truth you are still strong you have the power to do whatever you like just get up again and fight one time more
As I sad earlier, I share my just-written success story now with you guys here. I really appreciated all your posts and encouragements as well as the spirit of the challenge: self discipline, being badass strong and being confident. You can be 100% sure, if I am able to go the 100days spartan way, you can do it. I look forward to see your names climbing up the ranks and ending in the hall of fame! You are strong, you are men!
