Day 78, checking in. Saw some raunchy ads on a game site/news site, but closed them (although should've done that quicker, I admit, looked a second too long). Thank God, no urge to continue looking, I'd hate to have a relapse. Should not let down my guard these days. Keep up the good fight, brothers.

SO i want to ask if the porn mean only the depiction of sex in the form of video does not it include nude or seductive image. IF IT IS INCLUDED THEN IT WILL BE HARD TO EVEN LAST ONE DAY UNLESS WE PRACTICALLY DOES NOT INTERACT. WITH MEDIA.
well, what did you do to control the urge? many times urges grow simply out of sheer boredom. if you engage with a meanful life, stay busy, the urges will have less power over you and it will much easier to shake them off. also urges are fueled by sexual thoughts. don´t engage in them, just let them come and go in your mind. they will vanish on their own. also don´t search for sexy content, don´t peak. it´s the beginning of the downfall.
well, porn as pornography, hardcore content. if you stumble across some kind of sexy image, that´s not a problem. it´s not your fault anyways. however don´t engage with that kind of content, don´t search for more, or you will be tempted to keeping watching until a relapse happens.
58 days. Somewhere in the last week or so I drifted off-course. Realized I was heading straight into a relapse binge so splashed some cold water on my face, so to speak, and did a total 180 away from the well-worn and disastrous PMO path in my life. Trying to focus on positive actions today, and let the lustful thoughts pass on by. Definitely struggling right now but I'm also motivated to stick with this streak. No one said it would be easy.
Chaser effect is real, I had it bad last time. What I did was just keep extending my nofap days after each rebound, until I got past the point where I felt it anymore. Took me about two weeks to get over the hump, then everything mellowed considerably. Stick with it buddy.

Day 3/90. Amazingly few urges these past few days, feeling strong, and I think I'll be busy enough the next few days to keep from PMO. I'll keep my guard up of course, but I feel good.
