Day 6 of 7. Focus is still an issue when it is not clear on what needs to be done. I think I need to set clear expectations on what I want to accomplish in each evening. I started to write "expectations on what I hope to accomplish." That is the issue. I am leaving too much to hope.
Relapsed again. I'm finding this very difficult. Will start again at day 0 tomorrow. I try to think one day at a time but sometimes lose focus. Does anyone have any tips they want to share?

7 Day challenge completed. I will now go onto the 14 day challenge. Next week will be a challenge as I travel out of town on business. Something about being in a hotel will get me. I think I will do a one day challenge for the night that I am in the hotel.
