Day 39!!! Tomorrow will be same as that old ass movie "40 Days and 40 Nights" By the way, just finished Gary Wilsons book and it really helps reading this, although it's already stuff I had read in varous places even before I started noFap, but it is a great reminder and still there are more details in the same place Whoever hasn't read it, really should! Last thing, these dreams of relapsing - I had 1 or 2 at the beginning, I had one last night again ... they are kind of scary because I actually thought I had opened those fucking porn websites and needed a couple of minutes to realise I hadn't done anything like this while I was awake ) Anyway, its normal! No Panic Keep going guys!
Day 14 - today, for the first time in the last two weeks I had a tricky morning, I fantasized a bit but I didn't touch myself. I have to prevent this from happening because that is how started last time and how I relapsed and went into the worst period in last couple of years.
New rules: No electronic devices in room or bathroom Waking up at 5 am everyday No use of electronic devices unless required. Discipline and meditation required. I know I can do this. I did it before under huge pressure and I will do it again since it is necessary to rise to greatness.
you don´t need to boost willpower brother. only the mindset must be optimum, like you must be 100% certain that you want to do the reboot. you´re gonna reboot or die. that´s all the mental determination that you need. the rest is habits reinforcement. it´s the new and good habits that will make you stay in the reboot instead of collapsing. that´s how you gain motivation and willpower: taking action. in the beginning i also though that motivation must be constant in the reboot, but it´s not, the habits are way more important. plus the habits are a solid system, while willpower oscilates a lot, one day we say "i will never pmo again" and the next day we pmo. i´ve been there many times brother. and so many brothers. in fact that´s why many people give up on nofap: they think this is a willpower thing and when collapse occurs they leave the reboot in disgust. anyway if you want to boost your willpower, it won´t hurt, go for it, but never by exposing yourself to triggers and always maintaining high the good habits and barriers. that´s the most important. i hope it helps .
