Day 7/7. Challenge complete! Anyone reading this, you can do it and it's worth it! 4 days more and I can break my all-time record
Feeling really rough this morning. Head full of fantasies. Really want to complete my seven days PMO but I'll be dragging my body over the finishing line at this rate. Your support and encouragement appreciated.
Day 6 completed. Personally I find it helpful to click on the red Panic button from time to time, not only when I am in real panic mode, but more often because I will find good information to help me stay motivated and think positive thoughts.
The other thing I find helpful is reading progress updates from other people on this forum, really makes me believe that I can do it too

Fucked up on day 7/7. My brain tricked me into thinking I was done when I wasn't. Damn. It is okay though. I am picking myself back up after a very succssful week to try again. Wish me luck 0/7
Day 7/7 completed! Feels good to reach the first milestone. Can’t believe it’s only been one week, I know it’s gonna get tougher from here on, especially after second week, but I feel confident and motivated. Next up is 21 day challenge
