Day 0. Starting from the beginning again. Has anyone attempted to delete their social media? Does it help?
Here's one tip I have. It feels like a lot to delete my social media. At least for me. So instead I asked a friend who I trust with my social media to change my password. And if I ever need to login I have to ask them to type in my password. Then I will check the things I need to check and then I logout and then I will wait 3-6 months and check it again or give friends/family an update on my life. I do use Marco Polo. It's a good app. No stupid "Explore Porn" page or News page with lots of porn on it. And I use it like Facetime where I can still talk to my friends and hear them but there's no awful triggers like Snap, IG, Twitter, or Facebook. Now that I write all this I should delete my profiles. Why would I want to support such evil companies who want guys to be stuck in their addiction? But I don't know if I will. :-( But to summarize. Yes! Getting rid of social media changes my life in a good way. Day 7/7 complete!!!!! I'm on to the 14 day challenge.
Social media was a big problem for me, especially Instagram. I know to stay away and it helps. Best wishes !
Today I failed. But tomorrow I start this challenge again. Now is bed time and tomorrow is a new day.
