Wellll technically I started doing that like 10 days ago. I have a solid workout plan and I started reading. Plus I study regularly now because loads of stuff to get done (Medical student dilemma here ). And the scrolling got it to a minimum actually because if you keep scrolling the phone you will see something triggering eventually. Sooo I guess I did a hell week without even knowing I did

Your plan should be specialised to yourself. Check out how the two participants made their plans on the OP. For your plan to qualify it needs to address the three aspects pointed out. Your work/study, Physical wellness, Spiritual growth. An example would be. Waking up at 6, sleeping at 10 everyday. An hour of reading scripture / prayers 4 hours daily focused study Reading a book instead of phone use. Pushup, pull ups, healthy eating habits. And any other habit you like. For eg, jumping up from bed, stretching routines, practicing something cool, everything that'll make your day hell but worth it. Try adding something you never did
