I had the same issues but I have gained more control over it. Now I can have plenty of data and I restrain my mind from thinking of using it for porn. Especially at campus where there was unlimited fast internet. I was always a victim and almost every weekend I was relapsing. But I guess when you continue to resist the urge to use internet like that. You start to gain more control. And it becomes less and less.
38 days done...keep going, try to keep coming back to the present moment, remind myself that porn isn’t worth it, never is, and focus on doing positive things with my time. Get one more day
Day 2. I joined this forum 240 days ago. Of those 240 days, I was 209 days without M’ing to or watching P.
That sucks! But it's not about the days or the counter. You've reached a deeper level in understanding your addiction and the treacheries of the mind, which is ultimately a good thing.
47 days completed guys well from sometime the urges are coming and going but good things is i didn't fall in trap hope i just continue this and achieve 90 days streak
Hi Guys, Just wanna report that I've quit smoking also !!! No PMO - Day 117 No coffee - Day 97 No smoking - Day 34!!!
Checking in after a long time: Still going. I've had some peeks but no relapses. Day 31/90 It does get easier over time. I think I never made it this far. First 2 weeks are definitely the hardest.
9/90, normal mode. Surprised by the withdrawal symptoms I have, considering I've had sex the last week (my fiance and I are TTC). My eyes has been twitching like crazy and I've been having headaches nonstop for 3 days.
