    God fucking damn it guys, I bit the bullet again. This time felt different though, it's hard to explain why shorthand. I'm not saying this is it, the mystical magical relapse to end all relapses, it's not that kind of feeling, more like a deeper understanding of where I am. That's the best I can put it in short.

    One thing i notice is that nofap is really about self-improvement, you will not only abstain and overcome your addiction, you will also adjust and eliminate all the behaviours that are keep your happiness at bay. in these last months of reboot i already cut on caffeine, eliminate alcohol and cut on sugar. Feeling great!!!! :) see you tomorrow ;)
