Personally, I put the reminders in my profile post and also under my signature along with the day counter. That way I can get reminded pretty much every time I log in.

 

Day 12 completed. Keeping busy. Very few urges. I accept the fact that it’s impossible to not have urges, I just need to learn how to let them go without affecting my day.

I have to reset. I just stumbled across something sexy in a non-porn-related environment and couldn't resist touching myself a little bit for a few minutes. Dammit, I was really doing well, I thought. But I have to be firm, this type of behaviour is not excusable.

 

28 days completed slowly slowly urges are rising up again and today i was reading news in mobile and due to one of the news urges were coming really hard but i managed somehow today and i was not productive that much but i will try to focus on studies now more

 

Day 52 completed.

Posting daily is one of key commitments I made. It is one way I pay for my last relapse and it has made me accountable than ever.
I can't help working out ☺

 

Be on look out bro, 28-30 days, I have had many relapses around there. All the best.

 

Two weeks in now. Steady as she goes straight ahead. A few urges and triggers but nothing I can't handle ... so far.

So, still going strong, and still intentionally not counting days (I am well aware when I started and that 90 days ahead of this date is nearly 3 months forward so in early November I will be giving myself a little (corona-free) treat

Had a relapse yesterday. Had a stressful day and resorted to m'ing due to pent up frustration. Although this is upsetting and I am ashamed, my streak was 57 days long, which is 25 days longer than my previous streak. Starting over.... but I know overall I am much better. Earlier this year I was in a much darker place.
