Here is something to consider Age is just a number.I have weighing scales at home that after calculating my internal and exterior stats including my metabolism rate,it gives me as 14 years younger than I am.My wife still scores 2 years older on them than she is so it is no surprise that she wants to start doing one day a week fasts like I regularly do . People also tell me I look around 27 and with a bmi of 21.8 also I am in the best shape of my life. Incidentally we sleep for about 20 years of our lives so that's nice to consider the next time someone ask you your age and also look at some older movies of moviestars and compare them to many people of the same age these days!They looked older.So the question we should ask is How old do you feel? Anyway sleep well,exercise,try fasting,keep doing nofap,enjoy small things in life and eat healthy food on non fast days.

From what I've read about long streaks, is that by day 200 you should be seeing some very big changes in your life.
