Hey @Gallade_Templar if it were me I'd cut out the peeking. When we peek we are splitting our mind in two and trying to numb our own awareness. You are literally ingesting drops of poison, highly addictive poison, My two cents is to go for a marathon walk or something as soon as possible, in nature if possible, like literally just walk for hours, walk until that stuck energy is rechannelled and cleansed through your body & mind and you no longer feel the urges and have renewed your commitment to be free from poison again. As I said just 2 cents from my struggles with fishing, throughout this year - & just to be clear, in no way shape or form am I saying I know more than you - we're all struggling to get clear of this shit storm together.
Make sure you get regular breaks away from the screen ( I struggle big time with this), ideally 10 mins for every hour - garden, walk, exercise, clean, laundry, call a friend, file your papers, read a book - staying seated in front of a screen all day, as 99% or us are, just ain't healthy
This is terrific advise! I just started doing this actually. I installed an Ubuntu break time app on my system to help me with this. I read an article about a study done where people were more productive when working for 52 minutes and taking a break for 17 minutes. Your eyes need a break as well as your body. @Cartographer I would heed to this. Onward we go!
