Day 5 complete, nothing too much happened today but I did make a choice that stopped me from relapsing on my phone. I also started putting some effort into dating, so I've been on dating apps, but I would rather meet a girl out in real instead of asking her out online based on 6 pictures and a few random quotes. I feel really confident though and I have no doubt that I will meet someone.

 

I'm very happy, and let's keep it that way.

Hey guys I'm not sure how to even start this but...I relapsed as of now. I wasn't for sure about posting about it I just gonna subtract it from my days but, yeah. I didn't realize until now how addicted I really am. I've tried everything but its like I woke up with the mindset of doing it. I guess it's back to day 1 for me...I almost made it to day 7 but...I so badly want to get over this addiction, I'm not sure what happens now if I/m like kicked out of the thread but, if I could have some tips that go you guys through the first few days it would truly mean so much. I've once again discovered that I cannot do this by myself at all. So if anyone could help out it would mean the world to me. Thanks for you reading but, BACK TO DAY 1 IT IS VIKINGS!

 

Today I relapsed, but in a moment of anger and frustration I came up with a brilliant idea that helped me finnaly block all access to porn on my Xbox. As of now I can't watch porn on my Xbox, my phone, computer, laptop, nothing, not even a peak. I also realized I might not be ready to get in a relationship yet because looking back I was just being a horn-dog. I'm going to look at this as a huge win for me because I've overcome another problem that could have haunted later in my journey.

 

I recommend you get some porn blockers, and implement them in all your devices, they help a lot and most of them can be used for free.
