nobody is "normal", we're all in a spectrum, some more in the middle than others, everyone is at risk of developing mental issues, especially when dealing with addiction
Unimportant you are very dillusional, you have no idea of where this mental illness can lead you, trust an addict, I have found myself going places searching for the next big thrill of places in porn I don't ever wanna be again in my life. T o say what you just said was absolutely absurd and do some reserch or stay in porn long enough and you will change your opinion, I guarantee it.
Let's look at it from another view. Smoking cigarettes can lead some people on to weed. Weed can eventually lead you on to other harmful drugs and once you're down that path of self-abuse and recklessness, I think that once you've cross the line once, you could easily do so again and again. Going back to Child-P, it makes sense that once your brain is uninterested in regular porn, you'll seek the next most extreme thing...and again...and again and the line in the sand becomes a secret instead of a barrier between what's right and wrong. I can't see any reason why someone wouldn't go THAT FAR if they're reckless and completely desensitised to regular porn enough.
Some of you guys seem to mistake CP and Underage Porn; 16 isnt a child. That should be clear - it isnt legal (in most countries) but the attraction of a 16 year old is not the attraction of a 6 year old. As the attraction of a 60 year old isnt the attraction of a 16 yo, right?
you can make excuses for yourself if you want lucifer, but under the legal age of an adult(18) it is child porn
That's exactly why the distinction should be made. Don't you agree that they are very different? I still don't know what OP intended to talk about. Personally, I initially assumed he meant underage teen porn, but reading it back now I think he might mean porn involving actual children.
There's a "Reply" button you can use that works even on mobile. OP's username is not 'lucifer', actually, but 'CodeTalker'.
The thing is, if someone show you a picture of a 17 yo and a 18 yo, would you be able to see the difference? Considering that, that kind of child porn characterization seems arbitrary. Why 18 is legal? Why not 19, 20, etc. To me child porn is for prepubescent children. But from a legal standpoint you are correct anyway.
Are you kidding? A teenager is a child. Your brain isn't developed until you pass roughly 18 (each person is a little different). But your brain keeps developing steadily until around 25. Strictly speaking, you're still a child at 24! Sexually speaking, 16 is awfully young. I realise that 16-year-olds will have sex, as will younger people, but you have treat ages commensurately. A 30-year-old person having sex with a 16-year-old is taking advantage of the younger one, and even though it's legal, it's a poor showing. But a 60-year-old with a 46-year-old is OK (they're both mature enough to make sensible choices). Likewise, a 16-year-old with a 15-year-old is morally OK, even though it's against the law and probably ill-advised. But an adult watching a 16-year-old in porn? Totally inappropriate.
The chosen age is a compromise. An 18-year-old could be drafted against their will to fight in the army, so it was only fair to allow them the privileges of adulthood. There was also the need to draw a line somewhere. Some people are mature at younger ages, normally because they haven't been allowed to have a decent childhood, while some people arguably aren't adults until they hit their 30s. But the law cannot discriminate, so an age had to be chosen. The same applies to the legal age of sex. Generally, it's considered unwise to have sex as early as 16, but realistically, trying to make it illegal at that age would be like having the Prohibition or the so-called War on Drugs — nice in theory, but literally impossible to enforce. In more open-minded countries, police merely warn, not prosecute, underage sex when both parties are very close in age, e.g. a 15-year-old having sex with a 16-year-old, or a 17-year-old with an 18-year-old.
[QUOTE="Mordobarn, post: 2872609, member: 279185" A 30-year-old person having sex with a 16-year-old is taking advantage of the younger one, and even though it's legal, it's a poor showing.[/QUOTE] Um, where do you live? I thought that even an 18-year old having sex with a 16-year old is illegal in most Western countries. We can assume that many people don't care, though. It seems that lots of people (maybe thousands?) also take and send nude photos of themselves when they're under 18, which is of course also illegal. Ah, I just checked your profile and googled: you were right, in your country the legal age of sexual consent is 16. Interesting! I decided to look up 'child' on Wiktionary and think I found where the confusion comes from. We're all using sense 1, but CodeTalker and lucifer meant the first distinction, while Mordobarn and bulldawg meant the third.
I think we may have slightly gone off at a tangent here... I think its fair to say none of us thought we'd addicted to porn. I think its also fair to assume a person would eventually seek illegal/extreme porn when regular porn becomes "boring".
Absolutely yes!! But it's not the type of person, they go to a place where childs are and do.."thinks"... An porn addict will only look childporn because it's any new and make a dopamin rush. I think the childporn from Politics or other stars, are something like this induced from Porn addiction, I don't really think that all this are pädophile. But sadly, at this time, this make no difference in from of court. I think in the future, a psycho analyst will separate this
He only said that a day before his execution. There's reason to believe that this statement was a cop out and one last act of deception. He was mostly playing with those journalists. Having been a narcissist he obviously liked that kind of attention and he would make all kinds of statements. I think I even read somewhere (or saw it in the Netflix documentary series about him) that he had said much earlier that porn wasn't really the issue but it just seemed like a cool thing to say, or something to that effect.
