I have checked this book and found it to be 'a recipe to follow your bliss' in career choosing ! I also have fount a good example of it to better understand the concept: https://hergreenlife.com/2015/06/04/what-color-is-my-parachute/
Day 32. Feeling anxious today. Woke up feeling the urge to fantasize. I have had a busy monkey mind since I woke. Could this be a slight chaser effect from my wet dreams the previous night?
Weekend check-in! I had probably the most difficult day I've had in weeks yesterday. Sticking to self-talk and having previously set hard boundaries, and a little bit of luck got me through it. My biggest realization was that I lost a bit of the connection I had to God (or my soul, or whatever you say) and could have prayed more, because trying to get through it "myself" was tough. You don't have to figure out your life in a day. In fact, you can think of figuring out your day as figuring out your life. Overwhelming yourself can also be an "escape". This article about goals resonated with me recently so I'll share it here. Re-adapting some advice I gave to someone else here: - There is no shame in finding yourself attracted to people. They are in the world as humans with a sexuality that's not so different from you at the core. They have their own burdens, pains, and strategies for navigating today's society too. "Don't judge a book by its cover." You can acknowledge your own attraction to someone and simply let it pass. - By spending your energy sexualizing and fantasizing, you're actually sacrificing your power to someone you don't know and therefore shouldn't really trust with something that sacred, all for surface-level attractiveness. You're opening yourself up for someone to use that power against you, consciously or unconsciously. Porn is a machine that does just that. Relevant video. - By maintaining your own identity and power, you are giving yourself a much higher status than you ever would by fracturing it to anybody with a hint of their own sexual energy. - Remember why you are all there. I was a lifeguard years ago. You are training to be able to help someone else when they are in danger or pain and can't help themselves. There may be a time where you are in the position to keep someone else (or yourself) from literally dying. At that point, things move very very fast, people will surprise you, and no one thinks about sexual dynamics. You will be glad you trained genuinely with every human in class instead of worrying about swimsuits. This sounds like a fantastic opportunity to spend time with real people and learn about them. I feel you. Sometimes I think what I'm really looking for is a deep connection, and get that confused with sex itself. Thank you for still checking in! Do you find yourself laughing more? It's a wonderful feeling to hold onto.
Day 5 I meditated for about three minutes, have said some prayers, and took a cold shower (the last 20 seconds of it).

Because that's what we are! 12)Pray to God-done once and gonna do it again when I hit the bed
Day 10 This streak feels like the easiest I've ever had, and it is because this year I decided to change my identity and become a man who doesn't watch porn. As universal man says, an identity shift is a great part of success. Keep fighting, dear fellowship!
Day 10 complete. All is well with me. Spent the day as a combination of cold, tired, and focused on the work such that I felt practically immune to urges, haha. I know that can be a dangerous attitude but it works for a little bit at a time. The points that @americanbison made were helpful as well: simple things like reminding myself of my purpose in being there and directing my attention to the tasks at hand.
The last week has been very bad for me in all departments. Taking a fresh start from today. I've been clumsy and negative and that's not how the champions play. Sorry fellowship to be the weak link. I vow to be back with a sound mind and follow all the tips put down by @RiseToGreatness
