    8)Take cold shower-no ,not today
    9)Sleep well-done (10 pm till 6 am )
    10)NA-done
11)AEFF- i had a realization why we sometimes turn away our gaze when meeting somebody's eyes. It's because as they say eyes are the windows of the soul and if you see hell and dirt are jumping from their eyes we want to guard our soul by not looking there and denying further contact/exchange. It takes some understanding to stay cheerful and calm when fasting.
12)Pray to God-done once and gonna do it again when I hit the bed

  2. Day 256 I mean.

  3. Hi Everyone, I'm just checking in from time to time to share some stuff. I will try to read your posts as well but they accumulate fast haha. It's been a few days since I discovered the book I have referred to a couple of times now. I had 'the realization' last weekend only, so I don't want to sound too positive yet; the first days have always been easy for me.

It does feel like these past days have been easier for me than my last 'streaks'. This could of course be because there is growth with every streak, but I also feel something deeper inside has changed. Urges are still there but are less severe and less frequent than before. Even if they arise, I know I will not act on them. Even the term 'urges' sounds strange since they don't urge me to watch porn; they are after-effects of the last PMO session, not an urge for a new one.

For me, it is important not to just understand the stuff mentioned in the book, but to really believe it. And once you truly believe it, you will realise the truth behind it all. I am almost sounding religious here but that's how I feel about it haha. Anyway, I am not counting days anymore. I am still exercising every day, eating and sleeping healthy, meditating, working on my businesses and taking more and more cold showers. I don't study the reboot or check-in every day, because that feels counterproductive for me.

I wish everybody a good weekend! Good luck on your journey, and I urge you to read the book ;) I'll check in again tomorrow morning.

Day 60! As I thought, I'm reaching the breaking point for the next level as last night I was visited offered all the pressures in my dream, so I had one of those nocturnals. Even though I feel like I have a little more energy that I had yesterday, I noticed that my attention to details has diminished while my astuteness has improved. I have also received some great news today so I think the things I was doing, I think they have started to connect!
    Have a great day brothers!

Hey @Teutão , no doubt about it you are in a tough station! Rage and PMO are similar in that they block you from feeling other emotions, so they are messed-up-medication. Do no beat yourself up, avoid binging, surf the Chase urges that will arise now, allow these feelings to subside over the coming days, then slowly but surely get in touch with your core self again. Sit with real self and listen to him. Eventually we get more and more comfortable with our real selves, with these difficult emotions, and we stop running. That is what we are all trying to do fundamentally, at least that is what I think anyway. The fact that you came back on this forum speaks volumes for your strength of character and you will need this strength in the coming days. If you think you need a new angle the try @GreenTinted60sMind 's suggestion above, or try Freedom Fight, or try Scandanavian Bob - there are literally shit loads of resources - so keep going - we are all with you!

    Day 5,

Checking in for another day well done. Keeping very active which is great, however, it is a matter of remaining prepared for when I find myself infront of the computer. My intention is to stay PMO free. I plan to do so by allowing urges to flow through me while maintaining the perspective of an observer.

Planning to run 7 miles in the morning to start my weekend off on a good foot!

    Thank you Fellowship!

Welcome back to the fight my man!

Take what you learned from this relapse and apply it. I have found that rather than rage I choose to use curiosity when realigning myself with my no PMO goals. How can I do this better this time? What worked when dealing with urges? etc...

    Wishing you my best!

    18 days, close to Bree.
I tell you, the river I had to cross last night almost killed me. But with the help of this place I survived :)

  15. Day 9 complete!

Today there were several urges to fish for "harmless" and "innocent" material but I was able to recognize, deep within myself, the subtle intention of finding triggering content. Pushing those urges away didn't feel easy but I know it would have been so much harder if I had allowed myself to slip, and I'm thankful for the graces that kept me away.

Tomorrow and Sunday I have a lifeguard re-certification course from 10am-6pm both days. That means...several hours with women my age in swimsuits. Time to see just how well I can guard my thoughts and take custody of my eyes. Please keep me in your prayers!

    St. Lucy, pray for us!

Well said brother ! I couldn't agree more that a huge part of relapses are driven by pride and ungratefulness. People try to exalt themselves over others by celebrating days without as some sort of the achievement which it is really not but what it's really good for is to track milestones in your health and life recovery and rebuilding processes. Be grateful and happy of you being able to check in and be accountable, for this raises your soul , your awareness away from the hell's bottom and to the God. Brothers I want to urge you again do not post lazy , empty checks as your accountability to the brotherhood. Do account on the healthy habits and ways that allowed you to carry on through the day and stay clean as well as on the challenges you faced so we all can grow together and help each other to raise our consciousness to wholeness.

Brothers today I have discovered a weird trigger to arousal. I never before seen it as trigger-it's a sitting cross-legged on the chair, apparently it can create feeling of arousal due to the thighs pressure on the reproductive organs and the best remedy is to correct your sitting posture and sit the way you sit in church whilst praying and thinking about God to extinguish the arousal.
