[21-CHALLENGE] THE TWENTY ONE DAYS CHALLENGE !

Day 0 over ..now onto day 1 ..

 

here I am , I'm going to start this challenge from day 0


my last streak has been disappointing, I started with a streak of 5 days and miserably failed another challenge , so I decided to dedicate these 21 days to no PMO at all costs ( I even count peeks as relapses this time) , this might be the most challenging thing I will face for now. (my longest streak was over 100 days but that was a very long time ago , like about a year or so ago , this time I'm going full clean , no excuses) I will make sure to type at least one paragraph reporting my day daily in this challenge till I get to 21 days) I'm ready to do this , let's go

here I am day 1 , this day was quite difficult to tackle, mainly due to one strong urge , but I'm alright now ,remembering that you have yourself committed to doing something will always help you , I hope I can make it through tomorrow as well , stay strong brothers and sisters

day 2 , once again , I had a few strong urges, but I managed to withstand them , I had noticed that being aware and acknowledging the fact that you're in an addiction and that it's very likely that you would relapse and that it will never be easy to tackle an urge , will help you tackle your urge.

okay,I relapsed,my arousal was too strong than resistance,not feeling much terrible,because this time I'm gonna be supa strong , Let the ...game begin 17 days completed , now lets start from a new beginning and with a new energy !!! I ' m the beast
